Annoyingly my order was dispatched with the wrong colour and the delivery date stated 3-5dys delivery and now it's stated it will be 5-7dys delivery. I would call this bad customer care and false advertising!!

I have not received my goods from Fitbit. Their live chat wouldn’t help. The courier claims he delivered yet we have video evidence that he didn’t turn up. Fitbit refuse to refund my money. 

Very poor. Wouldn’t use them again.
