Over estimating calories weight lifting

Hi people hope your having a nice day had one issue with my new Fitbit Charge 5. I have done a total of 3 weight lifting and the first two session were between 550 to 600 calories burned my routine is 6 exercises two different body parts for around 80 mins I did a third one today and was 10 minutes longer than normal but insteade of 550 to 600 calories burned it said 1,850 which is clearly a mistake any advice on how to avoid this from happening?

Thank you for your inquiry about the calories tracked by your Charge 5. 

The number of calories burned is estimated based on the physical data you entered when you set up your account: sex, age, height, and weight. If you haven't done so already, make sure that all the information in your account settings is correct. 

If you feel that the amount of calories burned is too high or too low based on your personal setting, please try completing a three pulse restart using the charging cable following these steps, and check if you continue to experience the same problem.
