My charge five has also stopped working. Still under warranty so I sent it back in over a month ago for repairs. I’ve contacted them three times now I am at an approximation of how long it will take to get repaired. It seems like they just keep giving me the runaround. Talk to them today and now their estimated date is August 11 which is two weeks from today. Probably the last Fitbit I’ll ever buy if their service is this bad I can’t afford to be without a watch for two months waiting on repairs.
