Peak Heart Rate Different in Exercise & Dashboard

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My peak heart rate in an exercise was 139.

I then immediately went to Heart Rate in my dashboard. It showed peak heart rate of about 126.

if my peak heart rate in an exercise was 139, why wouldn’t my peak heart rate for the day at that point also be 139?

Thanks in advance for helping me understand.

@SunsetRunner   Those values on your daily heart rate graph are averaged over five minutes.  The peaks aren’t as high and the valleys aren’t as low.  That peak might not even be in the exercise details.  That graph is averaged over one minute.
