Twice I have received voicemail notifications on my Fitbit 5. When I check my iPhone there is no record of a missed call or a voicemail. I did recognize one friend’s number and texted her and she hasn’t contacted me.  Why is this happening? Thanks

Thank you for all the details about this issue with your Charge 5. 

That's a bit odd, if you haven't done so already, please try restarting your device using the charging cable. If the issue persists, you can also disable notifications completely and then set them up again. Let me know if you continue to receive these voicemail notifications.
