Please bring back active minutes!

Why would a company remove something that is standard among all other devices? My coach can’t coach me properly as they need to know my active minutes… I would also like to know… zone minutes are good and all but please bring back active minutes!

We need something that’s standard between devices that coaches can use!

@c64tm   You can still find your active minutes on your web dashboard at fitbit.com.  The Goals tile, the one that looks like your mobile app dashboard, wasn't changed with the introduction of active zone minutes.  I see a day where I had 92 zone minutes, but that tile shows 47 active minutes.  You will need to take this extra step to get your information, but it is available.

You don't say where you are located, but I want to give you some additional information.  The CDC and the WHO have changed their exercise recommendations and ask adults to get a certain amount of moderate and/or vigorous intensity exercise.  Vigorous activity gets twice the weight as moderate activity and works well with zone minutes.  The CDC threshold for moderate activity is 64% of your maximum heart rate, not the 50% for active minutes (CDC source).  You might want to share this information with your coach and develop a regimen more consistent with WHO recommendations.
