Stuck on sync mode since 12/2021

My Charger 5 has been stuck on sync mode for months I didn't pay this any mind Until I realized it was not recording my steps to another program I was signed up for Go 365.

Welcome to the forum. I’m not sure what you mean when you say your Charge 5 is stuck on sync mode. Fitbit devices sync automatically when near the phone they are linked to. Perhaps you can provide more details?  As for Go 365, since this was not developed by Fitbit, I suggest you contact Go 365 directly for questions. I found this link to their support page
