The entire purpose for getting the fitbit was to connect it via Bluetooth to my computer and see my heart rate. I can only connect to my phone because it constantly disconnects on my PC.
Sometimes after resetting the fitbit device 20 times, I manages to stay connected to my PC for a good 5 minutes. Even on my phone actually it has a problem with maintaining a connection.
This is a brand new watch! I also can't even use the fitbit.com Live support because the help section doesn't even load!
I had to make this a new thread because I would get an error message trying to reply to another thread with this same issue.
Is everything fitbit related broken?!

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

So I talked to support, and they let me know that they no longer support and update the windows app. So this is never going to work, not at least for 5 years till they get around to it maybe.
If you stream or want heartbeat data on your PC, do not get a Fitbit pretty much ; /
