My charge 5 does not record my sleep and just frequently track my Heartfrequenz. I tried to reset it, but it doesn't seem to help. Any ideas?

Hello @RebbiWak 

 

There might be multiple causes for this.

  • You are wearing the Fitbit too low or too high, or too loose. It needs to be tightened, around 2 cm above the wrist
  • You have a tattoo or dark skin, the sensors do not work as good then. Wearing a surgical white patch might help, or inside the wrist.
