I’ve had my charge 5 for just over a week, it’s not quite what I imagined and it doesn’t seem to be as updated the charge 4 I am blind. I can’t actually see the Fitbit properly but I do listen to it on my phone.
I have 3 questions.
1, why can I not play Spotify on as I did with the charge 4
2. how can I change the month and date of the top to be in line with British Clocks, (month/year) rather than the American way of (year/month).
3. The SP O2, oxygen reading was on my Fitbit, but disappeared yesterday and now I can’t find it anywhere, it does appear sometimes, but doesn’t update and you can’t tap into it. and when I follow instructions in the Fitbit extra bits, it doesn’t work, so how can the three problems be rectified.
Thank you very much for any advice given. Please don’t make it too difficult. I can’t follow diagrams so if you could write it down in idiots writing, that would be very much appreciated.
