The ECG app on my Charge 5 will not work. Anytime I tap on it I get a message that says “Error. Please reopen the application.” This is a new watch and this is the only thing that app has ever done. It has never worked at all. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the ECG app but that did not fix the issue.

Same. Just bought and started using mine Charge5 this week.
Worked for the first 2-3 days.. doesn't work now. Tried a variety of things to fix, but no luck.
