After I did software update on my charge 5, I am having problems with battery life, my heart rate is NOT showing up, nor is my sleep. Please get back to me asap!!!

My heart rate is not showing either and the LED lights aren't flashing. Just downloaded newsy software version but heart rate hasn't been showing since very early Tuesday am.

Mine stopped before the update. I've been in contact with support. We'll see what they say. So far they've told me to do everything I'd already tried.
