Product value issue for charge 5

Fitbit had to replace my charge 5 twice in 1 year. I expect to be able to have the watch for at least 2 years. So I just received my new charge 5. When I went to change the clock face and add Spotify, nothing is supported. In fact the app doesn't even connect the fact that I am a premium user. Not only that none of my previous settings were kept. Is Fitbit or Google already phasing out charge 5? If so, this is a very disappointing business practice because it shows that Google or Fitbit do not care about the value they offer to customers. If others have also experienced this, please respond to this post.
