Question: Charge 5 Skin Temperature does not show up

Dear Forum,

 

I got my Charge 5 two days ago. Have used an Ionic before until the Ionic went into a nonstop boot-loop after a software updated three month ago.

The Charge 5 does not show any skin temperature data on the Phone-App after two days. Is there any delay (i.e. you must wait five days before the data will be shown for the first time)?

Another question: I noticed that the SPO2 is around five points lower that the usual data I got on the Ionic. Have anybody noticed a similar difference?

Hi I was just looking for that too. In the learn more section in that but if the app it says you have to wear it for 3 nights for it to start giving the data

It was the same with the Fitbit Luxe. Since it displays a temperature difference, it may need to "learn" what the normal temperature is first. It was displayed to me after a few days.
