Question regarding moving to Google Accout

I keep getting nags to move from my Fitbit account to Google. I obtained my Fitbit through the All of Us research program run by the NIH and I have it set up for my Fitbit data to be automatically sent to them. Would switching to Google screw up sending the data to All of Us?

Although I don't think moving your account from Fitbit to Google should affect your participation in the research program, you should be able to stay with your Fitbit account for now. The requirement to switch to Google won't take affect until early 2025.

You could contact the research program to ask about switching your Fitbit account to Google to be sure. They might already have instructions on what to do if you decide to do the switch.
