Thanks for sharing your inquiry about the Quick Replies on Charge 5. 

Could you please provide a few more details? Let me know if you mean that you're trying to change the Quick Replies on the Fitbit app but they're not being saved. 

In the meantime, please make sure that you've synced your device after you've changed the Quick Replies on the app, since this step is necessary to save any changes made in your account. You can find more information here on how to set them up.
