My Fitbit broke (see different topic): screen not working, but it does charge and keeps steps (I thought).

I however see steps changing randomly. For last Monday (day after Fitbit starting acting up after it got wet) it went from <10k to 36k, 43k, 49k…

Anyone know how to fix this, or is this related to the broken device? It now also counts “steps” when I move my arm just lying in bed…

Ah, just refreshed and we are back at 9.8k for that day… what a mess
