Re: Critical battery message on Charge 6

This happened to me just now. When I saw that it died, I immediately plugged it in. My battery was very full when I checked it last night, can't remember exactly the percentage, but it was fully charged yesterday morning. The error appeared and then disappeared immediately and I can't get it back again, so can't take a picture. After repeated attempts to get any screen to appear, all I see is the fitbit icon.

Sorry this is a Charge 5 and I purchased it May 23, 2023.

Have you tried restarting your Charge 5 by using the charging cable that came with your device? If you would like instructions on how to do this, see this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit? (<-- click link)
