I deleted & re installed my Fitbit app. On re entering my derails it says my email address has already been taken but by me of course.

Hi, @Meadowcot , it sounds like when you tried to log back in you clicked on “join Fitbit” rather than “log in”. If you try again and choose log in and enter your email address you should have no problem - that is if you know your password!

Well, it doesn't work on Windows 11...that app is DOA and no longer accepts your password! 😞

Hi @Meadowcot , yes, Fitbit removed support from the Windows app. You now can only set up, view, and sync your Fitbit account from a device running (later) versions of iOS and Android.
