Hi, @Meadowcot , it sounds like when you tried to log back in you clicked on “join Fitbit” rather than “log in”. If you try again and choose log in and enter your email address you should have no problem - that is if you know your password!

Best AnswerHi @Meadowcot , yes, Fitbit removed support from the Windows app. You now can only set up, view, and sync your Fitbit account from a device running (later) versions of iOS and Android.
