There have been lots of posts about syncing and the Charge 5 and I wanted to post this to hopefully educate folks about the effects of this process.
For the second time this week, my Charge 5 wouldn't sync. Someone had posted that they had been successful by re-pairing the Charge 5 with their mobile app, so I thought I would give that a try.
It took a couple attempts, and it eventually worked, but all my data from the previous night was gone and I have to go trough the whole 4 day process to get a readiness score. Not a big deal in the big scheme of things, as long as there are further issues with syncing. Obviously, this is not a practical solution for everyday, or if your someone that lives and breathes for your overnight health metrics.

Hi, thank you for sharing the steps that worked for you and that your device is now syncing, @charleskn.
I'm sure this will be useful for other users as well. Let me know if you continued to have the same problem for the following days or if your device is now syncing without any problem without having to complete any troubleshooting steps.
