Charge 5 won't sync

Charge 5 won't synchroniseren. Also problems on tuesday.

I appreciate all the information provided about this inconvenience with your Charge 5. 

 

Some users were experiencing issues to sync their Fitbit device after and outage, but this should now be resolved. Let me know if you continue to have the same problem. In the meantime, make sure of the following: 

 

  • Please follow the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems.
  • Check the compatibility requirements listed here.
  • Keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
