I'm trying to troubleshoot a reboot loop on my daughter's Charge 5. It's rebooting every few seconds. It doesn't get far enough to be recognized by the phone app (so I can't try changing the clock face or anything else I need the app for). I've tried manually rebooting it from the charging cable but that's not working. Anyone have any ideas?
