Yes-my walks and a run have stayed but everything else is gone. This is just the last couple of weeks, I’ve not checked back further.

I suspect there was a problem on the Fitbit server side since I experienced a similar issue yesterday (04 Sep 2024). I even watched the data from one of completed workouts disappear from the Fitbit app. It was a strange experience. By the evening, all my data was back. I've checked again today and still see my data.

No, unfortunately not. When I checked yesterday morning (UK time) the missing data returned, but when I synced later on yesterday the data has gone for this week & when I checked for last week I saw it disappear. I have just synced now (again UK morning) & there's still nothing there.

Best AnswerI looked at the Fitbit Status Dashboard website and saw that there was an issue with the Web API starting around the beginning of September. This impacts data syncing. The current status is still showing the Web API issue as of today, 06 Sep 2024. So, they must still be working on fixing the problem.
Please be patient. I'll keep checking the status daily. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before it's fixed and we see all our exercise data.
