@virentis Are you looking at your Daily Readiness Score? That is the feature that recommends an active zone minute goal. Fitbit describes it in this Help article. There is an explanation in the Fitbit Blog, too. The way I read it, if your AZM goal is going up, then you can do more without overdoing it. You don't have to do more if you are happy where you are.
