why does my fitbit recommend higher number azm everyday, like every morning the number keeps going up, Sorry for bad English have a great day 🙂

@virentis   Are you looking at your Daily Readiness Score?  That is the feature that recommends an active zone minute goal.  Fitbit describes it in this Help article.   There is an explanation in the Fitbit Blog, too.  The way I read it, if your AZM goal is going up, then you can do more without overdoing it.  You don't have to do more if you are happy where you are.

I haven't noticed that @virentis is this in your fitbit app? What phone. 

Or is this on the Charge 5?

Hello @Rich_Laue im using the fitbit charge 5, have a samsung galaxy s10. and yes its in the app on my phone. Have a good day 🙂
