Recovery requires rest constant messge

Please someone tell me how to remove this annoying pop up message every time i open the app. I do not require rest  where does this come from and why its pointless serves no purpose expect to annoy me. I close it and ping there it is again when I open the app.

Hello @cscully and welcome to the Community.  That constant message is coming from the Cardio load feature.  Some users are getting it, even if they turned the feature off.  Fitbit is aware of the issue.  If you don't use the Cardio load feature, a user suggested going to the Manage data section and delete all cardio load data.

I agree.  It’s the dumbest thing.  You used to be able to X it out.  But now you can’t. Why don’t these clowns just leave things alone.
