My Charge 5 flashes the logo, then a circle with a red X. It won’t connect to Bluetooth or sync. I have tried to reset by pushing the power cord button 3 times, removing the device from the app then trying to add it again (it won’t even find it now, keeps searching)

Hi - hope you're well. Out of interest, have you been able to resolve this issue or did you have to replace the Charge 5?
