I have a charge 5 that was working well and all of the sudden stopped responding and has a red dot on top..any idea what I can do

Hello @Reddotno 

 

You could try restarting it from the charging cable.  Sometimes that can bring it back to life.

 

Connect it to the charger, then press the button at the USB end 3 times.
