Have already been through chat help but not helpful at all - keep getting sent round in circles so looking for other suggestions 

 

charge 5 was charged to 100% before using to track run today but stopped working half way round. When plugging into charging cable later it came back on with battery suddenly at 50%. However red light is on all the time on the back and heart rate isn’t working. Also now when trying to start a new exercise it won’t connect to GPS and it won’t let me start the exercise (pressing play button not doing anything) 

have tried cleaning/restart/turning things on and off and same probs!! Any suggestions? It’s only 6 months old
