refund accepted by google fitbit for the Chage 5 through Fitbit Chat Inquiry.

We would like to let you know that once you have created your Payoneer account, you would need to wait for the refund comes around 3 or 6 weeks.

If you would like to get further assistance about it, please contact with Payoneer support to get better assistance.

there last email dated 5 June 2026 said

"We are more than glad to continue assisting you.

Thank you so much for letting us know that you have created your Payoneer account.

Since you have created your payoneer account, you would need to contact with Payoneer support in order to check the status about your refund, as they are the ones who are going to process the refund for you.."

i contacted Payoneer there are saying  "Please contact Fitbit so that we can further assist you ask them the Payment transaction of the refund or the full details of the refund so that we can check it here in our system thank you." 

what is way forward

yet to receive payment. I really don't understand why so much delay. Can google moderator get involved and sort out
