Relax App Charge 5

In the clock faces and app section there is a Relax App that is supposed to be available for the Charge 5. It's saying that it's Not Available. But this app is supposed to work with the Charge 5. This app is one of the main reasons why I opted to purchase the Charge 5. My resident country (US) and state/city are all up to date. Could it be that you have to uninstall a different app (like the EDA scan or the like) and replace it with this? Ie. The device can only have a total of a number of apps at one time?

Thank you for sharing this inquiry about Relax app on the Charge 5 device. 

Unfortunately this app is not currently available on the device, and we don't have information regarding the possibility of this feature being added to the Charge 5 for the moment. 

However, if you haven't done so already, make sure to vote for this idea posted in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community and to add your comments as well: Bring the Relax app to Charge 5. This section is regularly monitored by the team of developers to keep track of popularity and demand over time. 

Regarding this app being listed as available for the Charge 5, this has been reported to the team so they can look into it and remove it from the app, but I can confirm this feature is not available for this device.

I find it particularly frustrating to get in app notifications to use Relax only to find it’s not available. When are Fitbit going to resolve this ?

Frustrating indeed! Read all there was about Relax in the in-app notification, only to learn I could not actually use it on my Charge 5.

This feature is not currently available with the Charge 5, but the feedback about the options shown as available in the app has been passed on to the team. We haven't received  other updates about this, but any news will be shared in the community as soon as they're available.
