Reminder to move not working

I've restarted my new Fitbit charge 5 which I got Wed 27th April.  Still the reminder to move not working. And turned off dnd/sleep mode. What else can done or is this item faulty.?

On phone app:

Profile pic > tracker model (Charge 5) > reminders to Move. Turn them on and set hours and days.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

We have two fitbit charge 5 watches and they were both reminding on the hour but recently they both stopped doing it.  Maybe it was something that happened with the firmware

I have the same problem.

 

I get alerts for texts, WhatsApp, etc, the ones that originate from my phone. But I don't get any of the move reminders. DND and Sleep Mode are off. Reminders are set up in the app.
