Where or How to get screen fixed

My Charge 5 screen cracked and I am just wondering how I can find out if it's repairable and how much it will cost? I just got it in December.

Your cracked screen is not repairable. I’d contact fitbit customer service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US I’m unaware of your warranty or if you have extended warranty so contacting them would be your best approach.

@Katyelmgrove   I get an error message (server not found) with that address on two different browsers.  I found a similar site with a UK URL.  Can you please verify the URL?

@CMal2018   I hope this information can help you.  I searched the forum.  Several users, whose Fitbits were under warranty, were told that a cracked screen isn't covered under the warranty.

I found the website here: https://www.ifixit.com/Device/Fitbit_Smartwatch. It looks like it’s actually ifixit.com 

But with that said I’m not familiar with this website or the reviews of their work whatsoever.
