Reminder to move stuck on 7am to 9pm anyone has a solution?

Hi there, 

I love the reminder to move but I used to be able to decide what hours I want them but now it is stuck on 7am to 9pm I would like it earlier and it lets me edit it but then revert back to thethe old timesIMG_8187.jpeg

Sorry to see you're having problems editing your Hours to Move.

What troubleshooting have you tried so far? Have you tried uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app?

  • Log out of the Fitbit app
  • Uninstall the app
  • Re-install the app
  • Log back into the Fitbit app
