I have logged out, deleted the app. Made sure do not disturb, sleep alerts are turned off. I made sure my notifications everywhere are turned on. But every time I turn on “remind me to move” the radio button automatically turns back off. I’m at a loss in how to fix this. App and Fitbit are up to date ad well
Only thing I can imagine is do you have some hours and days selected; though I don't remember if select those before or after turn on reminder to move.
Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
I have this same issue. I’ve tried everything I can think of, tried switching on and off, resetting, but still, Reminders to Move keeps resetting to ‘disabled’ within seconds of turning it on.
