Fitbit not working. Still in warranty. Sent a returns label.
Had to use DHL Express which was very inconvenient. Replacement has arrived but only the face. I now can see in amongst the many emails I received regarding the replacement it says do not send straps or accessories. This is ridiculous as it might have been the charger that was broken anyway and I was not even aware that the face could be separated from the face.
This should have been made much clearer at the time of the chat when I was told I would receive a returns label. I was going to see if I could get back the charger and strap I sent or even purchase new ones but I have decide to no longer continue using Fitbit due to this incredible lack of respect for their customers
