Fitbit not working. Still in warranty. Sent a returns label.
Had to use DHL Express which was very inconvenient. Replacement has arrived but only the face. I now can see in amongst the many emails I received regarding the replacement it says do not send straps or accessories. This is ridiculous as it might have been the charger that was broken anyway and I was not even aware that the face could be separated from the face.
This should have been made much clearer at the time of the chat when I was told I would receive a returns label. I was going to see if I could get back the charger and strap I sent or even purchase new ones but I have decide to no longer continue using Fitbit due to this incredible lack of respect for their customers

I still can't find my fitbit charge 5 watch l looked in my pockets but I can't find it anywhere so could I get a new or replacement fitbit charge 5 & I looked on my Bluetooth locator app and it's not listed anywhere and will l lose all of my information if I do have to get a new fitbit charge 5 watch ok.

This page describes the recommended steps to try when you can't find your Fitbit device (<-- click link). However, it sounds like you've already tried these steps.
As far as I know, the warranty doesn't cover replacement due to a lost device.
You shouldn't lose your information when you get a replacement Charge 5 as long as you log into your account when you set up the new device.
If you still have a Fitbit account & haven't migrated to your Fitbit account to Google, you probably will have to do that when you set up the replacement. When you set up your Google account for Fitbit, it's important to migrate to the Google account and not set up a new account. See this page: How to move a Fitbit Account to Google (<-- click link)

@Notsurprised Thank you for reporting that you didn't receive the accessories with the replacement, I can totally understand your frustration. I've checked with support and they informed me you have a case created. I hope you receive the accessories very soon!
@ChristopherLeer I'm sorry to hear that you haven't found your Fitbit yet. I've checked with support and they suggested you them again in case your Charge 5 can't be found.

I still called you guys earlier and it has been synced 10 hours ago and I still cannot find my fitbit charge 5 because I have looked everywhere for it and it is anywhere at both home or work.

@ChristopherLeer Your Fitbit is supposed to sync every 15 minutes if you keep the app running in the background. Where were you when that sync happened? Try going there and use the Bluetooth finder app.

looked on the Bluetooth finder app and my fitbit charge 5 watch wasn't
located nearby in that app.
