Hi folks, so I bought my boyfriend a Charge 5 for Christmas but it has never recorded sleep and heart rate is sporadic. I went to fitbit chat myself, then he has been through the whole chat process 4 times now and has tried everything. Fitbit have said they will email him but haven't. How exactly can we get a replacement (or an upgrade) that actually works!

@1zzypif you have a case number, get in touch with them again. The community is where people help other people and you need customer support. If they said they would email, they will. Sometimes they need time to sort out what's going on in or to check with a supervisor.
