I’m not completely sure I understand your question but I’ll try. I believe what your trying to say is that the time on your Charge 5 is incorrect and you want it reset to the correct time. If that’s the case look at the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device and make sure that your Charge 5 is connected to your Bluetooth. The time and date reflected on your Fitbit Charge 5 is the same time and date on your mobile tracker so long as your tracker is connected to your Bluetooth. If it is connected try turning your Bluetooth off then on again to see if that corrected the time issue. Also let’s check your time zone settings. Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap App Settings then tap Time zone. Make sure your time zone is set correctly and is set to automatic as well. If you made any changes in the time zone such your Charge 5 to accept the changes. Again, I hope I understood your question correctly….if not could you offer more clarity.
