Hello @MazBeat1111

I'm a little confused by the values you shared. What are the 96/6 & 99/1 values related to? The other values, 18/25 & 22/25, look more in line for restoration within the sleep score breakdown.

When you look at resting heart rate sleep score it’s to 100 / so your numbers is how much do you sleep below your resting heart rate -example 98 % of sleep was below resting HR >
Sleep score is broken down in 3 parts
Last is “restoration” which links to resting heart rate & goes to 25 >
So if I slept 98% below my resting HR my restoration score should be 24 of 25 (as the scores have been in the past)

Hello @MazBeat1111

Thank you for the additional information.

According to the help page on the Fitbit sleep score (<-- click link), the restoration score is based on your sleeping and resting heart rates and how much time you spent tossing and turning.

With this in mind, you could have gotten a lower restoration score due to restlessness. What was your restlessness for those nights?
