Return Authorisation links not working

It is impossible for me to get a return authorisation label for a warranty claim. The relevant links on the website don't work. Even when I get into my account and can see my fitbi order with the number, there is still no ability to amend the order or see a return process. I only bought my fitbit in February. This is impossible for the consumer.

Hi, @CookhamFibit5us , welcome to the community, your best way forward is to note your ticket number and contact "Customer Support" work through steps 1 & 2 and then use the Chat facility, or better still the phone for aprompt response. It's a good move to have all the relevant information on hand so you can brief the agent clearly.
