I do believe a large number of Fitbit owners/users would like to be able to work with their data on a computer (mac) as well as on their iphone. Please reinstate that program.

Hello @tmerrill and welcome to the Community. All users, both Mac and PC, can see and work with their data on their web dashboard at fitbit.com. You can do this with any web browser. If you are asking for the ability to sync with a Mac, that is a very different story. Fitbit Connect was deactivated last fall -- but Fitbit stopped making trackers compatible with Fitbit Connect in 2019.
Fitbit has been evolving to favor the app for years. All of the newest features, like the Health Metrics, are on the mobile app only. This evolution started a long time ago. You can see your sleep stages, but the web dashboard doesn't have your Sleep Score.

In other Unix/Linux operating systems (remember Mac is based on BSD Unix) there's a program called WINE which will allow a Windows app to run. It may be something that could work for you.
