Returning my Charge 5

I've owned a Charge 2 that has been my daily driver since 2018. I purchased a Charge 4 in 2020 which i returned after 3 days due to GPS issues that could not be resolved. Regardless,I love the fitbit UI, I'm used to it. I was very excited to upgrade my tracker, but I had trepidation buying a new device so close to it being released as everything in general seems to be released riddled with bugs. My apprehension was affirmed with this purchase. Bluetooth connection to my iphone is incredibly unreliable, it blinks in and out constantly which causes syncing issues. I have never received any notifications to move nor any message notifications of any kind whatsoever. It logged my sleep the very first night, the next night: no sleep log and last night it only logged 58 mins. Very inconsistent, I am very disappointed. I've been all over the internet trying to figure out any resolution to my devices issues. I've toggled buttons on and off , un paired and re paired, restarted the device connected to and independent of the charger, followed the directions of various troubleshooting guides, but to no avail. What a huge bummer.

I see where your disappointment is coming from. Sorry to hear that you're returning your Charge 5. 

I appreciate the troubleshooting and research done prior to posting. In regards to the syncing issues you're experiencing, please confirm the procedure described on this article has been performed.

Regarding the sleep difficulties, I was able to see that you have another post here, where another moderator is helping you.
