SP02 no app

So I upgraded from a charge 2, and got a new charge 5.

Reason being I wanted the SP02 sensor. So paid for a better model.

Now I'm not impressed that for what ever reason I don't have this app, when I should be able to have it.

It's not in the gallery or apps.

Support has raised it to higher but not holding out much hope of ever getting  a reply.

My question is. Can I take this back to the store and claim a refund due to faulty device!!

@kslop  If your Charge 5 is brand new, you might need a firmware update.  The current firmware is 1.188.58.  New devices usually get updates in 24-48 hours.  Another user wrote that the app wasn't there on set up, but it appeared later.
