SPO2% Charge 5

The Charge 5 shows a spot that should record my SPO2% however, I don't know how to make it work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same issue. I restarted my Fitbit but that didn’t help. I also cleaned it which didn’t help. Sorry I don’t have a solution yet.
