SPO2 + Resting Heart Rate delays in recording

Ever since I received my Fitbit Charge 5, I’ve noticed that the SPO2 data is delayed by 1 day. Today, my Resting Heart Rate data is also delayed by 1 day. Is this normal or is there something wrong with my device?

Hello @Nicoleee 

 

My SPO2 has often been turning up the next day after saying ‘No results for the last 24 hours’, and I’ve come to accept that as ‘normal’.  I used to think it wasn’t measuring and just recently noticed it actually was but there was the delay.

 

With Resting Heart Rate, mine usually shows up 5 minutes or so after the rest of my stats - definitely the same day.

 

They may not show up on the Charge 5 straightaway either so I find it a good idea to keep the relevant screens open while I sync again.

 

 I hope that helps a bit.
