Last week I needed to call customer service. Spoke to someone from Guatemala. He helped me with my charge 5. Next day received 600+ spam email, day after person got into my bank account and sent himself $2500. I tried to call corporate office and they tell me there is nothing like that, course he was from Jamaica.

Hi @LG6015 how did you find the contact information for support? I've seen a few posts over the past month where people paid for support, which the real Fitbit does not do. Fitbit support is free. Not sure who you were in touch with. Here is the link for the real Fitbit support people:
https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
chat and phone available when someone is there for you

I would contact your bank ASAP
Did this support ask you to download anything to your PC?
Did the screen go black at anytime?
The only way they can get into your bank is if you gave them your banks credentials, or gave them access to your phone or pc
I agree with @Odyssey13 where did you find the contact info? If it was from any source other than the link provided above, I would question it.

@LG6015 where did you get the contact information for customer service? Could it be you did a basic online search instead of coming to Fitbit.com? There is a scam site for everything, including legitimate companies like Fitbit.

@LG6015 I'm not saying it's your fault and I would be upset, too. Just wanting to know where you found the contact information. You receive a call or did you make the call? Fitbit doesn't ask for personal information. There is support for customers, but we have only a set few ways to contact them, which I linked above.
