Screen Wake Options on Charge 5

I don't have the option to change screen wake Charge 5 from manual to auto.

It shows as manual in settings and the option to change is grayed out.

Please help, this is probably the most important feature to me.  Very helpful when hiking w/o having to tap the fitbit.

Is it possible that you’ve enabled sleep mode? When in sleep mode, the screen wake is set to manual and cannot be changed.
