I am tired of this issue this is for the 2nd time since summer has started, suddenly screen went dark and never comes back, I've tried the restarting tip and did not work. The watch still function only screen is not working. Any solution!!! I purchased charge-5 from BestBuy during my last holiday to the US early this April and I am back to my country (Saudi Arabia) where there is no Fitbit return/ maintenance store on the reach !!!!!

I had this happen to my ionic a couple of years ago. They issue was with the device itself and the only option was to send it back for a new one (it was still under warranty).

My biggest problem is that I do not have fitbit representative to hand him over this annoying watch in my country 😞
