The screen on my Charged 5 is slowly scratching itself from the inside. I kid you not. See photo. The exterior face is perfectly smooth, and holding the device at an angle to the light, you can see that the scratch is actually on the inside face. I'd have to guess it's a coating that had expanded and contracted with the temperature, eventually tearing itself apart. The pattern slowly grew over about three weeks.
